Lily Morales

Hi, I’m Lily – an art director currently based in Lugano, Switzerland.



I spend my days building brand systems and campaigns that turn strategy into visuals worth remembering. Over the past decade, I've worked in-house, freelance, and agency-side across packaging, digital, social, and full-scale campaigns, shaping ideas from early exploration through to final execution.

My aesthetic approach is adaptable, but I'm always looking for ways to put the "fun" in functional — keeping design playful, purposeful, and precise. I work closely with clients and teams throughout the process, and believe the best creative work comes from that kind of open, ongoing conversation.

When I'm not at my desk, you can find me outdoors, baking, pointing my camera at whatever catches my eye, or picking up a new skill.
